Two decades later, implementation of the WHO recommendations has remained largely insufficient in many countries and regions. On <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">FH Awareness Day<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, the World Heart Federation (WHF) urges governments, the World Health Organization, and the global international survey to map the state of FH around the world. The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/world-heart-federation.org\/resource\/familial-hypercholesterolemia-country-mapping-survey-preliminary-analysis\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">preliminary analysis of the data<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> concurred with well-established evidence: FH remains a widely underdiagnosed and undertreated condition across all countries and regions.
