We are looking for projects that\u202freflect\u202four mission to connect and lead the cardiovascular community, translate science into policy, and stimulate knowledge exchange. The projects should be implemented under the following categories:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Category 1<\/strong>: Activities aiming at celebrating <strong>World Heart Day 2024<\/strong>, including media campaigns, fundraising events, awareness events and activities such as concerts, sporting events, and marathon runs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Category 2<\/strong>: Projects that raise awareness about the link between <strong>air pollution and cardiovascular disease.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Category 3<\/strong>: Projects that aim to prevent <strong>tobacco use and consumption among youth.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We have once again partnered with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hjart-lungfonden.se\/om-oss\/in-english\/\">Swedish Heart Lung Foundation<\/a> to provide funding for projects in categories 2 and 3.
