The aim of this event is to engage WHA delegates, the United Nations family, non-State actors and the Geneva community in a global movement to promote health through physical activity.<\/p>\n<p>Given the important link between physical activity and heart disease, the World Heart Federation sees this as a key opportunity to mobilize the cardiovascular community and raise awareness of this important health issue. We will have a stand at the Place des Nations, where we are planning a number of activities aimed at promoting heart health. We have also set up a team under which participants can register. The registration page can be accessed <a href=\"http:\/\/apps.who.int\/datacol\/survey.asp?survey_id=708\">here<\/a> and the team name is <strong>Heart Heroes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How to participate<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3>If you are in Geneva on 20 May<\/h3>\n<p>We want to make sure the cardiovascular community has a strong presence on the day, and would be thrilled if you could join us. Our team will be identifiable by our red baseball hats, which we will provide on the day.
