It&#8217;s time to get really, really busy. Here are a few suggestions from our partners at the NCD Alliance:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan something locally for the\u00a0<strong><a class=\"ext\" href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/PlanningWeek\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Global Week for Action on NCDs<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0(3-9 September), then share it globally;<\/li>\n<li>Become, or nominate, an\u00a0<strong><a class=\"ext\" href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/ENOUGHchamps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NCD Champion<\/a><\/strong>, someone who will lend their name and face to this growing global movement;<\/li>\n<li>Add your own\u00a0<strong>voice\u00a0<\/strong>and \/or make a\u00a0<strong>pledge\u00a0<\/strong>about what you will do to address NCDs,\u00a0<a class=\"ext\" href=\"https:\/\/enoughncds.com\/voices-of-change\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">via the ENOUGH website<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>Double down on your advocacy efforts, including pressing Heads of State to attend and make bold commitments at the HLM;<\/li>\n<li>Watch, and share the news, when the following are launched in September (dates tentative,\u00a0<a class=\"ext\" href=\"https:\/\/enoughncds.com\/event\/hlm3-ncd-side-events\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">check the\u00a0<strong>side event calendar<\/strong>\u00a0for updates<\/a>):<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Week of 10 September<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>WHO Global Status Report on Alcohol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>17-21 September<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>WHO NCD Country Profiles<\/li>\n<li>WHO Global Status Report on TB<\/li>\n<li>NCD Countdown 2030 (focused on NCD mortality trends)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>23-28 September<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tobacco Free Finance Pledge launch<\/li>\n<li>SDG Gender Index Pilot framework &#8211; Equal Measures 2030<\/li>\n<li>Young People\u2019s Agenda &#8211; UNICEF<\/li>\n<li>Alcohol control SAFER launch<\/li>\n<li>Lancet Commission on Global Mental Health<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Get involved in\u00a0<a class=\"ext\" href=\"https:\/\/enoughncds.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ENOUGH.
