We received 778 amazing entries and wish all of them could win an award. But we have to choose just a three and we are delighted to announce the winners below.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you to all our Members and partners who helped us to judge the entries and decide on the winners. We felt that the winning posters were the ones that answered more than one of the following judging criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An imaginative photo<\/li>\n<li>A creative message<\/li>\n<li>A sincere or emotional message<\/li>\n<li>Potential to impact positively on other people&#8217;s heart health<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thank you also to everyone who entered the Awards and created and shared such amazing messages of support for heart health.
