\nOn September 29 there will be three Facebook Live broadcasts to share educational tips and resources on living well with heart failure:<\/p>\n

Broadcast 1: 10:30am PDT
\nQueen Latifah and UCLA\u2019s Dr. Karol Watson will discuss the basics of heart failure and Queen\u2019s mother\u2019s story.

\nA patient panel will share tips on building a strong relationship with your healthcare team.

\nA healthcare provider panel will discuss resources for families living with heart failure.<\/p>\n
