World Heart Day Celebrations at Shaikh Zayed Hospital Lahore

Khalifa Scientific and Research Club and Department of Cardiology Shaikh Zayed Hospital Lahore, Pakistan celebrated the world heart day with zeal and fervor. A world heart day Quiz competition was conducted in which over 25 medical student teams participated and learnt more about cardiovascular disease. A health awareness walk was organised in which physcians and medical students participated. In addition to this, a poster and a video competition was arranged in which medical students and physicians participated with over 20 enteries in various categories. Furthermore risk assessment desks were set up at four different places in the hospital which provided basic health screening, risk assessment and health education to the general public.
