As we count down to World Heart Day on 29 September, the EHN team joined the Keep the Beat Challenge with a team bike ride through Bois de la Cambre, the green lung of the Brussels-Capital Region. 🚲❤️

It was a special opportunity to step away from our desks, enjoy the fresh air together and demonstrate how simple, everyday actions can support heart health.
