Dr Lioba Joseph is a physician and consultant with One New Heart Tanzania, working to improve cardiovascular health through education, outreach, advocacy and early detection. She also supports children living with congenital heart disease, working to raise awareness of cardiovascular risk and access to care across Tanzania.
