I am cardiac ot nurse,today my special day because I also one of hand to beat heart
today special i assit as first asst for my surgeon procedure is cabg +mvr ( cabg *3grafts all vein graft+ tissue valve 27mm)(pt is diagnosed CAD+ severe mitral regurgitation,70 yrs old male patient) during surgery- i harvest 3 length vein ,later i assist for case ,planning weaning they check TEE finding as MR ,but patient is ok after closure mild MR only there,now my patient is ok ,now I am happy after long struggling
