As part of the World Heart Day 2026 campaign, the Afghanistan Cardiovascular Association (ACA) extended its activities beyond Kabul to three provinces, providing free cardiovascular services and community education. Outreach activities included medical consultations, distribution of essential medicines, ECG and echocardiography, blood glucose testing, and measurement of blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation (SpO₂). Participants also received practical education on cardiovascular risk factors, prevention, and healthy lifestyles.
