Since 2016, the hospital has carried out documented activities to promote health and promote and prevent cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancer and chronic respiratory diseases in the form of a health education and promotion unit. In 2022, we committed to implementing its standards by joining the Global Network of Health Promoting Hospitals.

The titles of activities include: education and screening of disease risk factors and free blood sugar and blood pressure measurements, screening of families of cancer patients. Other activities include healthy lifestyle education and disease prevention in the form of face-to-face education of clients and providing community education programs in the form of lectures in schools, factories and parks. Also, attention is paid to promoting the health of hospital staff, including providing healthy and safe food and promoting physical activities, setting up a sports club along with holding sports competitions at the amateur and championship levels, and providing mental health services and promoting smoking cessation programs by opening a smoking cessation clinic.
