The statue of motherhood and life

The statue – a symbol of motherhood and life – is located in front of the Antibiotice factory . This statue, known in the community, has been located here since the factory was built (1955). It was created by the sculptor Constantin Baraschi, one of the most important sculptors in Romania from the interwar period and it was restored by the company in 2020.
