This summer, the tobacco and vaping industry are marketing e-cigarettes as fun, social, and part of the experience...

But vaping is not harmless.

In fact, regular e-cigarette users are almost 2 times more likely to have a heart attack than non-smokers.

Don't fall for the marketing. Choose your health over their profits.

Vacations, festivals, and parties can make drinking seem like part of the season. But just because it feels common doesn't mean it's safe.

Alcohol can:
💔 Impair judgment and decision-making
💔 Increase risky behaviors
💔 Raise the risk of accidents and injuries
💔 Raise the risk of diseases, including heart disease

Hot weather makes it even riskier. Alcohol promotes dehydration and makes it harder for your body to regulate its temperature, increasing the risk of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.

Stay hydrated, look out for your friends, and make choices that help you enjoy the summer safely.

As extreme heat becomes more frequent and intense, the greatest burden will fall on the most vulnerable.

Stay safe in the heat, check on your loved ones, and raise your voice for policies that make your community safer and healthier as temperatures continue to rise.
