My story began last year.

My story began last year. I found myself trapped in a very difficult personal reality, facing a heart overwhelmed by chronic stress, generalized anxiety, and deep fears. I carried too many emotional and sentimental burdens locked inside, which were breaking my physical health. In the midst of that storm, I took refuge in God. It was through prayer and faith that I found my healing, and God placed a very clear calling in my heart: my pain had to be transformed into a channel of massive blessing for my community. That is how the comprehensive campaign “Regalo un Corazón Sano” (Gift a Healthy Heart) was born in Cumanacoa, Venezuela. I understood that traditional medical campaigns are cold, so we designed a Perfect Triad: Body, Mind, and Spirit. This September 29th, we are transforming World Heart Day into “The Valentine’s Day of Health,” a massive and interactive community gathering. In the exact same public square, we unite medical science with free blood pressure screenings, access to low-cost cardiovascular medicines thanks to allied pharmacies, and a refuge of faith with individualized prayers to heal the wounds of the soul. The crowning moment occurs when the community openly mobilizes to gift affection, fresh fruits, and inspirational cards to one another, proving that active generosity stimulates the love hormone and biologically heals the heart. My own heart was healed by making others beat with love.
From Cumanacoa, Venezuela, we want to raise a disruptive, modern, and high-impact proposal to redefine prevention on a global scale: Transforming World Heart Day into a massive celebration of life through “The Valentine’s Day of Health.”Our methodology, successfully validated in our community, proves that cardiovascular health must be approached through an Integral Triad: Body, Mind, and Spirit. We propose to the world to stop viewing September 29th as a day of passive medical screenings and transform it into an interactive festivity based on active love. A model where hospital science (screenings and solidarity medicines), emotional stability (clinical psychology), and faith (spiritual refuge) converge seamlessly in the public square. The great global innovation we place at your disposal is the mobilization of local commerce and individuals in an open dynamic of mutual generosity. By motivating citizens to openly gift inspirational cards and fresh fruits to one another in the streets, we naturally stimulate the release of oxytocin and endorphins (the hormones of love and connection), which clinically reduce blood pressure and protect the vascular endothelium. We formally invite the World Heart Federation to adopt this comprehensive approach and export this framework to all nations. Let us ensure that September 29th stops being a campaign about the fear of the heart stopping, and instead becomes the global feast where humanity celebrates the blessing of being alive, gifting health and love to one another.Let’s make the world beat with one single purpose
