Cameron McGerr is a 17-year-old student from Gourock, Scotland, and the founder of Pulse of Life, a campaign calling for CPR education in secondary schools. Following the loss of both his parents to cardiac emergencies, he has turned his experience into action, raising awareness of CPR and advocating for greater access to lifesaving skills. He has spoken at the Scottish Parliament and in the media, helping raise awareness of the importance of CPR education in schools and equipping young people with the knowledge and confidence to respond to a cardiac emergency.
