Dr Eugenia Ramos

Dr. Eugenia Ramos is a Uruguayan scientist with extensive experience in scientific research, project development and management, advocacy, communications, and fundraising. She holds a PhD from the University of California–Berkeley and is a Fulbright Fellowship recipient. For the past eight years, she has served as Executive Director of the InterAmerican Heart Foundation, leading efforts to prevent and control cardiovascular diseases and their main risk factors across Latin America and the Caribbean.
