Professor of Cardiology at the University ofSantiago de Compostela (since 2000), Head of Cardiology and Coronary Care Unit of theUniversity Hospital of Santiago de Compostela (since 2007) and past President of the SpanishSociety of Cardiology (2013-2015). J The Cardiology Department of CHUS has been repeatedly chosen for participation in numerous clinical trials (up to 70 different clinicaltrial per year in the last times).
