Second chance at life – WHD 23

On May 27, 2022 my life changed for the better with the gift of a new heart from a precious donor I will never meet. But, his legacy lives on through my commitment to living this life as good as possible. World Heart Day celebrates another year for me much healthier and happier than ever before. Medical advancements have given me a second chance. Today on World Heart Day I will run 27 minutes straight to celebrate the day of my heart transplant and how far I've come.
