World Heart Federation member the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association has created a major campaign to support World Stroke Day today.
The campaign invites people of all ages and cultures to learn the warning signs of stroke by learning the F.A.S.T. Song and sharing it with friends and loved ones. F.A.S.T related to the warning signs of a stroke:
F = Face, when one half of the face droops
A = Arm, when an arm becomes weak
S = Speech, when it ‘s difficult to speak
T = Time, act fast and call the emergency services
