Working with our partners and continental members to achieve 25by25

11 Mar 2016

Today, the World Heart Federation’s first Partner and Continental Councils Joint Retreat takes place in London, with a focus on how we can best work together to achieve our overall goal of a 25% reduction in premature CVD mortality by 2025.

During the day we will be discussing three broad areas:

• The global advocacy agenda

• World Heart Federation CVD roadmaps

• Amplifying our voice through World Heart Day and strengthened member outreach and engagement

We will also be dedicating time to consideration of joint efforts in tobacco control following discussions at last year’s ESC and AHA meetings.

Thank you to all of our partners and members for taking time to attend and contributing to the discussion. If you’d like to find out more about our Member Partner programme then please contact our Membership Manager: katherine.proudlove(at)worldheart.org.
