Online webinar to raise awareness of prevention of CVDs in India – WHD 23

An online session was taken by Dr Hina Vaish ( PT) for raising awareness of prevention of cardiovascular diseases among common person and physiotherapists on 28th september 2023 at 9pm by zoom platform. A total of 64 participants attended the session. The session discussed various aspects of lifestyle changes, role physical activity and exercise, dietary habits and smoking cessation in primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
