World Heart Day 2024 Events were held in 5 places of Japan
(1) A public lecture was held with a title “Be careful not to get heart disease! What will we do if we get?” in Oita on September 15.
(2) Exercise performance: "Let's make blood flow smoother with vein vitality exercises" and a public lecture entitled “To prevent myocardial infarction and heart failure in the era of 100-year lifespans” were held in Mie on September 23.
(3) Health-check corner was performed with a title “Let’s visualize your body by measuring your locomotive syndrome degree and blood vessel age!” in Shizuoka on September 29.
(4) A public lecture entitled “To protect you and your loved ones from heart disease” with a performance of laughter Yoga was performed in Tokushima on October 6.
(5) Nijo-castle, one of world heritages, was lightened up in Kyoto for 1 week from September 29
