World Heart Day in Kenya

How mark World Heart Day. The team I founded Team Tailors SC took part in a friendly football game with Team Vapor FC in the suburbs of Nairobi.

As football involves running and keeping fit. Both teams at the end of the game had a short talk on ways football players can improve their lifestyles from the food we eat, how we get around, the causes we support.

Both teams came together and took a photo with the sign of love heart over the players hearts.
