Welcome to the Candidates’ Profiles page which is specifically created to provide you with the key information and help make WHF members’ decisions in the election process. It is NOT the official voting page.
We are pleased to share with you the list of candidates below and encourage you to look at their profiles to find out more about the relevant candidacy before voting.
Each candidate submitted a video presentation, along with a motivation statement and a biography.
Elections will be conducted electronically from 14 September to 14 October 2024. Voting details and registration for the Nineteenth General Assembly, where results will be announced on 14 October 2024 at 14:00 CEST, will be provided subsequently.
All full Members (subject to status) are entitled to cast one vote per organization for each of the elected roles.
If you have not already done, please specify on this form the name and position of your organization’s voting representative by 6 September 2024.

(Six positions: 3 candidates from societies, 2 from foundations, 1 from patient representatives). Each member organization is eligible to vote for three Society candidates, two Foundation candidates, and one Patient Organisation candidate.
