Silvia´s story, how did she get from the chair to the marathon

This year the World Heart Organization, proposed “Use your heart to….”, as the slogan to celebrate World Heart Day, and according to this message, the Argentine Federation of Cardiology create a special space in Comunidadfac.org.ar and in social media of the Argentine Federation of Cardiology, to tell Office Stories, a space where patients tell their experiences related to cardiovascular disease and how they managed them, and how they transform their lives by implementing a healthy lifestyle, including the importance of attending the psychosocial factors.
