Welcome to the Candidates’ Profiles page which is specifically created for information purposes to provide you with the key information and help make WHF members’ decisions in the election process. It is NOT the official voting page.
We are pleased to share with you the list of candidates below and encourage you to look at their profiles to find out more about the relevant candidacy before voting.
Elections will take place by electronic vote on 13 September-13 October 2022, and results will be announced at the General Assembly at 16:30-18:00 BRT on 14 October 2022.
All full Members (subject to status) are entitled to cast one vote per organization for each of the elected roles. Please, note that only one person from the full Member organization will be authorized to cast a vote.

(Six positions: 3 candidates from societies, 2 from foundations, 1 from patient representatives). Each member organization is eligible to vote for three Society candidates, two Foundation candidates, and one Patient Organisation candidate.
Societies: 6 candidates for 3 positions
Foundations: 4 candidates for 2 positions
Patient Organisations: 2 candidates for 1 position
