Let’s defeat the COVID-19 and prevent cerebral and myocardial infarction!
"I used ♥ to: promote World Heart Day on Twitter "
To celebrate World Heart Day, we held a light-up event at an Nijo Castle, a World Heritage Site. This year, Japan was in a state of emergency until the end of September, so the event was held in October.
In commemoration of World Heart Day, Japan Cardiovascular Association (JCVA) held a public lecture event on the website and distributed the event through our homepage and Twitter. The main theme is "Let’s defeat the COVID-19 and prevent cerebral and myocardial infarction!".
The main topics of the three lectures are the improvement of mental and physical health.
Lecture (1) "Unhealthy life-style and cerebral infarction / myocardial infarction during the COVID-19 pandemic",
Lecture (2) "Let's move the body in the COVID-19 pandemic", and
Lecture (3) “Let's laugh and blow away mental stress in the COVID-19 pandemic!".
Now available on Twitter! https://twitter.com/jcvashinkekkan. Please take a look! Finally, we took a photograph together with nursing school students and no-smoking-character “Swan-kun”, saying in union “No tobacco”
We will continue to do our best for contributing to the prevention of cerebral and myocardial infarction, even when we cannot hold on-site events. Thank you very much.
