Last week, WHF joined the @moubandjé_performance_academy a youth sports initiative in France that empowers young people through sport, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle habits.Our workshop started with heart health facts and a fun quiz on cardiovascular health, helping children understand how movement and healthy choices support a strong heart. We also prepared a protein-rich post-workout snack together, showing how nutrition and physical activity go hand in hand.💪 Our goal was simple: help children build healthy habits for life.A big thank you to the kids for their enthusiasm, and to @moubandje_performance_academy and @jf.moubandje21 for making this collaboration possible.
