The most ambitious heart shape created through physical activity like walking, cycling or running. Create your route and upload it to the World Heart Day Challenge Wall.

WHF Members only: Most signatures collected
How to participate?
Empower your community and support World Heart Day 2024 by adding our petition widget to your website! The WHF Member organization that secures the highest number of petition signatures through their widget will receive a World Heart Day Grant of 2,000 CHF for their World Heart Day 2025 campaign.

The entries will be judged by the World Heart Federation team based on the creativity and emotion captured in them, as well as the impact of your statement using #HeartYes for World Heart Day.
The finalists of the World Heart Day Awards will be announced on our social media platforms, so make sure you are following us!
What is the prize?
Nominees and winners will be featured on our website and social media channels. They will also receive a certificate to print out and display signifying their achievement.
When will the entries be judged?
The contest closes on 29 September, 23:59 CEST.
